The offices of the ICNWA network will adhere to the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988.

Information held on ICNWA records is for the purpose of expanding opportunities for local business and industry development. The information is applied where ICNWA believes it has potential to benefit an enterprise.

On request, an enterprise or individual will be provided with details of those records which contain their personal information. They can alter those records if the personal information is inaccurate, or request that the records be removed.

There is no personally sensitive information held by ICNWA.

Information collected
